Welcome. I’m Iain Anderson, an Apple Certified Trainer in Final Cut Pro, and I’ve been working with moving images since 1991 on projects for online and for broadcast, for Brisbane-based and multinational clients. Now I shoot, direct, edit and produce short pieces, mostly documentary-style videos and corporate messaging. If you have a story to tell, I can help.

Today, the web allows you to share your story with everyone, far more easily and cost-effectively than ever before. If you have a destination you’d like to promote, an event you want to capture forever, or simply have something to say, there’s never been a better time to make a great short film. While I’m based in Brisbane, I’m happy to travel to Queensland, elsewhere in Australia, or beyond.

Telling a story in motion is about finding, filming and presenting the core message, not just shooting everything and taking out the bad parts. So, if you want something just a little different, with beautiful images, a focus on telling your story, and all the edits in the right places, that’s what I like to do.

For professional results, I currently use a Panasonic GH5 to capture feature-quality images, then I edit, colour correct and grade myself. Additional cameras are also available for multi-camera shoots. Because the entire process can be mobile, you can have as much or as little input into the final edit as you want, and I can deliver to whatever format you’re looking for.
